Strength coaching that meets you where you are.
Strength training designed for this stage of life — helping you build and maintain muscle, support bone health and stay strong, capable and independent for the years ahead.
Never lifted weights before? Perfect. You'll learn to train properly from the start, with expert coaching, good technique and a programme that progresses with you.
This isn't about quick fixes or punishing workouts. It's about building strength, confidence and physical capability that carries into everything you do. Real life functional skills.
I came to strength training later in life, 41 to be exact, and discovered just how powerful becoming physically strong can be.
Barbelle Strength grew from a simple idea: more women should have the opportunity to learn how to lift properly, become genuinely strong and discover what their bodies are capable of.
As a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and women's strength coach, I specialise in progressive strength training for women through midlife and beyond. My approach is supportive, intelligent and individual — whether you've never lifted a weight before or you're ready to take your strength to the next level.
— Stephanie, Founder & Strength Coach
